Vendors are solely responsible for any and all items brought to the event. Saskatchewan Card & Collector Experience organizers and venue take no liability for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Vendors will conduct themselves in a manner fitting a family event. Any questionable behaviour will be the choice of Saskatchewan Card & Collector Experience organizers and venue staff whether they are forced to exit the event and forfeit any refund, legal action, or lost revenue.

This is an all ages event. No material depicting nudity, profanity, blood, etc. or unacceptable items will be allowed. This will be at the discretion of Saskatchewan Card & Collector Experience organizers.

Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and are not covered in any way by venue or Saskatchewan Card & Collector Experience insurance.

Cancellations:
Six weeks prior - Full Refund.
Four weeks prior - 50% refund.
Two weeks prior - 25% refund.
Two weeks or less prior to the event or no show to the event will result in forfeit of any payments and/or refunds.
